System Components:
Audiobus speaker test system consists of three modules: shielding box, detection main part and human-computer interaction part.
The exterior of the shielding box is made of high-quality aluminum alloy plate, which can effectively isolate the external low-frequency interference, and the interior is surrounded by sound-absorbing sponge to avoid the influence of sound wave reflection.
The main parts of the tester are composed of AD2122 audio analyzer, professional test power amplifier AMP50 and standard measurement microphone.
The human-computer interaction part is composed of computer and pedals.

Operation method:
On the production line, the company does not need to provide professional training for the operators. After the technicians set upper and lower limits on the parameters to be tested according to the indicators of high-quality speakers, the operators only need three actions to complete the excellent identification of the speakers: place the speaker to be tested, step on the pedal to test, and then take out the speaker. One operator can operate two Audiobus speaker test systems at the same time, which saves labor costs and improves detection efficiency.
