Senior Acoustic

SeniorAcoustic built a new high-standard full anechoic chamber for high- end audio testing, which will help greatly improve the detection accuracy and efficiency of audio analyzers.
● Construction area: 40 square meters
● Working space: 5400×6800×5000mm
● Construction unit: Guangdong Shenniob Acoustic Technology, Shengyang Acoustics, China Electronics South Software Park
● Acoustic indicators: the cut-off frequency can be as low as 63Hz; the background noise is not higher than 20dB; meet the requirements of ISO3745 GB 6882 and various industry standards
● Typical applications: anechoic chambers, semi-anechoic chambers, anechoic chambers and anechoic boxes for the detection of mobile phones or other communication products in various industries such as automobiles, electromechanical or electro-acoustic products.

Qualification acquisition:
Saibao laboratory certification

Anechoic chamber introduction:
An anechoic room refers to a room with a free sound field, that is, there is only direct sound but no reflected sound. In practice, it can only be said that the reflected sound in the anechoic room is as small as possible. In order to obtain the effect of the free sound field, the six surfaces in the room need to have a high sound absorption coefficient, and the sound absorption coefficient should be greater than 0.99 within the frequency range of use . Usually, silencing wedges are laid on 6 surfaces, and steel rope nets
are installed on the silencing wedges on the ground. Another structure is the semi-anechoic room, the difference is that the ground is not treated with sound absorption, but the ground is paved with tiles or terrazzo to form a mirror surface. This anechoic structure is equivalent to half of the anechoic chamber doubled in height, so we call it a semi-anechoic chamber.
An anechoic chamber (or semi-anechoic chamber) is an extremely important experimental place in acoustic experiments and noise tests. Its role is to provide a low-noise test environment in a free-field or semi-free-field space.

The main functions of the anechoic chamber:
1. Provide an acoustic free field environment
2. Low noise test environment
